A ricing utility for linux that makes use of a picture input to generate a ‘mood’ for the image which will be used to generate config files for certain applications based on setup (terminal, window manager, taskbar, etc.) that is left upto user discretion to be implemented. The config files may also be accessed and the lines in the config files may be consulted with gemma to understand the reason for certain parameters and what roles the parameters play in the overall rice.
