Utilizing the Food Establishment Inspections - NYC Health dataset from NYC OpenData:

When the user selects a certain restaurant, we use Nimble to scrape reviews from Google, Yelp, Grubhub, and etc. We’re using Nimble to capture the reviews and Gemini to summarize the reviews from all the platforms.
