ReadyLoq AI Field Intelligence
ReadyLoq turns pest inspection photos and technician observations into evidence-based findings and owner-ready reports using AI.
About the project
ReadyLoq is an AI-powered field intelligence platform built for pest-control professionals inspecting homes, apartments, restaurants, and commercial properties.
Technicians capture inspection evidence and record observations. ReadyLoq combines AI-assisted analysis with structured findings and reporting workflows to help technicians document what they see, identify uncertainty, and produce more useful inspection reports.
The platform integrates Google Gemini and OpenAI for different AI workflows. The hackathon focus is demonstrating how Gemini can interpret inspection evidence, explain visible clues, flag uncertainty, and help generate report-ready findings while keeping the technician in control.
Our goal is to reduce missing documentation, unnecessary office follow-up, and the time between completing an inspection and delivering a usable report.
The hackathon demo adds Gemini 2.5 Flash-powered inspection intelligence to the existing ReadyLoq Company Portal. Technicians can upload an inspection photo and optional notes to receive evidence-grounded observations, possible findings, uncertainty explanations, suggested inspection checks, and a report-ready draft requiring technician review. Photos and results are not saved to inspection records. The demo is disabled in production by default and does not replace ReadyLoq’s existing inspection or reporting pipeline.
