Raleigh CivicPulse helps Transit and Stormwater find GoRaleigh bus stops that overlap mapped flood-hazard areas. It checks the geometry, shows the source records, and can use Gemma 4 to draft a joint inspection brief. Stop 8099 is a verified map overlap; it is not evidence that flooding or service disruption occurred.
