RANE is a local incident command center with a FastAPI backend and a responsive, buildless HTML/CSS/JavaScript frontend. It supports historical incident replay, Gemma-backed triage or explicitly labeled deterministic demo guidance, and persistent engineer decisions. It is a recommender, not autonomously resolving incidents.
