Trajecta.ai is an AI-powered cricket performance intelligence platform that transforms cricket videos into meaningful performance insights for individual players, coaches, cricket academies and teams.

Using computer vision technologies such as YOLO11 and OpenCV, Trajecta analyses bowling deliveries and extracts performance metrics, including ball speed, bowling line and length, delivery trajectory, release height, swing, spin and bowling consistency. Instead of simply recording a delivery, Trajecta helps players and coaches understand how it was executed and identify areas for improvement.

The platform offers two primary experiences:

1. Solo Player Mode

Individual cricketers can upload their bowling videos, analyse deliveries and review their performance through detailed visualisations and analytics. Players can track their bowling speed, accuracy, length distribution, release points, trajectory and consistency across multiple sessions, helping them understand their progress over time.

2. Teams & Squads Hub

Designed for cricket academies, clubs and coaching organisations, this experience allows coaches and team managers to manage multiple teams, players, squads and training sessions from a centralised platform. Coaches can review individual player performance, compare multiple players across different sessions, analyse team-level trends and access performance reports to make more informed coaching decisions.

Google Gemma AI Integration

Trajecta.ai is extending its capabilities through Google Gemma, which acts as an intelligence layer on top of its existing computer vision and analytics engine. The integration focuses on three key capabilities:

• Ask Trajecta: A contextual AI assistant that allows players and coaches to ask questions about bowling performance in natural language and receive answers based on actual analysed data.
• AI Player Comparison: Compare multiple players and sessions to identify performance differences, strengths, weaknesses and consistency patterns.
• AI Next-Session Planner: Generate personalised training recommendations based on historical performance, helping players and coaches identify areas for improvement and prepare for their next practice session.

The platform focuses on grassroots cricket, local clubs, coaching academies and larger cricket organisations, making advanced performance analytics more accessible beyond professional cricket.
