CampusRules AI — AI-Powered Student Assistance & Intelligent QRS Platform

CampusRules AI is an AI-powered student assistance platform designed to simplify campus life by bringing college regulations, student support, and complaint resolution into one intelligent system.

The platform combines a Digital Rulebook, AI Student Assistant, and Intelligent Query, Request & Support (QRS) System to help students find accurate information, resolve common queries, and report problems efficiently.

Using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), the AI assistant searches official college documents and provides context-aware answers with relevant page references and policy citations. Students can ask questions in natural language instead of manually searching through lengthy handbooks and regulations.

When a student’s problem cannot be resolved through existing information, the Intelligent QRS module identifies the issue, categorises it, suggests the appropriate department, and creates a trackable support ticket. Students can monitor ticket progress and request human assistance when necessary.

The platform uses Gemma 4, optionally Gemini API, embedding models, and a RAG-based architecture to deliver intelligent assistance while maintaining policy accuracy and controlled workflows.
