ContribGuide AI — Your AI-Powered Open-Source Contribution Assistant

ContribGuide AI is an AI-powered chatbot designed to help developers, especially beginners, understand open-source projects and contribute with confidence.

The project uses Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to answer questions based on uploaded Markdown documentation. It searches for relevant passages in the documents and uses them to generate answers with source references, making responses easier to verify.

When the uploaded documentation does not contain relevant information, the chatbot can fall back and refuses politely.
