FocusGuard is a Chrome extension that keeps students and remote workers focused. During a focus session it blocks distracting sites with a full-screen overlay and a continuous voice alert, and it uses on-device face detection to notice when you look away from the screen for more than 5 seconds, then plays an alarm until you look back. It tracks every distraction and shows a daily focus score and weekly stats. Everything runs locally in your browser: no video is recorded or uploaded.
