Fluffy Photo reads each photo as it comes off the camera, extracts race numbers, teams, sponsors, liveries, classes and scene context with an open-weight vision model, and writes searchable .txt + .json sidecars — so “all shots of car #98 in the pits” is a query, not a half-hour scroll.
