Lunch that fits everyone on the team.

Flame-n-Focus is a team lunch planner and food wellness app for coworking spaces. Teammates each type what they want in English, Urdu or Roman Urdu, and choose to eat with the team or separately. The app turns the requests into a combined order with kitchen batching, a bill split and a break timeline. It also offers a shared “team feast” option, so everyone can eat the same thing.

Gemma 4 reads the requests and estimates nutrition from text or photos. It also builds budget-aware meal plans with prices and powers a food chat, and it adds members’ off-menu dishes with an estimated price. Plain Python code, not the model, picks the final dishes and does the maths.

Allergies and dislikes are applied automatically and stay private. The app also has a menu with favourites, a shopping list, and focus and hydration reminders.
