A WhatsApp ordering bot for kirana stores: owners send voice or text orders, and the wholesaler’s bot transcribes and interprets them, checks current catalog prices, and sends an itemized bill for confirmation. Once confirmed, the owner can choose UPI QR payment or cash on delivery. The project also stores conversation history and gives the wholesaler a dashboard to review orders and prices.
