SehatIndia is a free web app that gives people a personal health plan built around Indian households. It also creates an emergency medical card they can show at a hospital.

What it does: the user enters their name, age, gender, height, weight, diet preference (vegetarian or non-vegetarian), allergies, existing health issues, blood group, past surgeries and an emergency contact. SehatIndia then shows:

Their BMI on a colour gauge, plus daily water, calorie and step targets based on it
A human figure that fills with green to show how healthy they are, so the result is clear at a glance
A daily Indian diet plan that follows their diet choice and leaves out foods they are allergic to
A weekly workout plan matched to their BMI
Health risks to watch for at their age, shown in red
Their medical history, including a surgery timeline
An emergency medical card with the SehatIndia logo and a QR code that holds the same details

Users can download the emergency card as an image and the diet plan, workout plan and health notes as a file.

Why it matters: most fitness tools give generic advice built around Western diets, and many people have no quick way to show their blood group and allergies to doctors in an emergency. SehatIndia covers both in one simple page that works on phones and computers.

How it is built: a single file using plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
