CivicLens is an AI-powered public infrastructure monitoring platform that helps citizens report civic issues such as potholes, damaged roads, broken streetlights, overflowing drains, and garbage simply by uploading a photo.

CivicLens uses computer vision to identify the issue, estimate its severity, determine the responsible department, and attach the report to its geographic location. Administrators can then view reported issues on an interactive map, prioritize them based on severity, age, and duplicate reports, and update their status from open to in progress or resolved.

The goal is to turn unstructured citizen complaints into actionable, location-aware infrastructure reports that help authorities identify and prioritize problems faster.
