ResqAI — AI Disaster Intelligence & Response Assistant

ResqAI is a multimodal AI-powered disaster intelligence platform designed to support faster and more informed emergency response during floods, earthquakes, fires, and extreme weather events.

The system allows citizens or field personnel to submit an image, location, and text description of a disaster incident. ResqAI analyzes this multimodal information using AI to identify the disaster type, visible hazards, severity, affected area, and risk level.

The analyzed incident is then passed through a deterministic risk engine that generates a risk score and response priority, allowing emergency responders to focus their attention on the most critical incidents first. A centralized Responder Command Center provides an overview of active incidents, risk levels, locations, and recommended response actions.

Unlike a conventional disaster reporting system or chatbot, ResqAI converts unstructured disaster reports into structured, actionable response intelligence. It follows the workflow:
