InfraSight detects the issue, scores how urgent it is and explains why, merges duplicate reports, writes the complaint to the right municipal department, and tracks the issue until a new photo confirms it is fixed. Officials get a live dashboard with a map and heatmap, so they fix the most dangerous problems first instead of the most recently reported ones.
