Project Description
CareBridge Navigator is a privacy-first healthcare navigation web application designed to help residents of Detroit and Southeast Michigan discover and compare healthcare services based on their location, insurance coverage, and care needs.
The application provides a simple, user-friendly experience that guides users through a short search process using their five-digit ZIP code, insurance information, and the type of healthcare service they need. Users can explore relevant healthcare options, review estimated costs and insurance compatibility, filter and sort results, and view provider details to make more informed healthcare decisions.
Privacy is a core design principle. The application minimizes the collection of personal information and does not require users to provide medical records, diagnoses, or other sensitive health details. The demonstration uses synthetic sample data to illustrate the experience without exposing real patient information.
