HomeBoundOS
HomeBound OS is a healthcare dispatch and transit platform engineered for bed-bound and non-ambulatory patients across Metro Detroit. Bridging acute clinical care and covered Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT), it replaces fragmented scheduling with a dual-role architecture: an accessible bedside portal for family caregivers and a CAD dispatch console for mobile providers. Powered by Google’s open-weight Gemma 2 model, the system automatically extracts critical mobility precautions from unstructured intake notes and ambiently translates care summaries into Spanish and Arabic.
