How it works

Download the app — one installer for Mac, Windows, or Linux.
Sign in — create a free account.
Open it up — you’re ready to hack.

Steps

Go to cursor.com and click Download (it auto-detects your OS).
Run the installer and open Cursor.
Sign in or create an account.
Open any folder or start a new file — you’ll see the AI chat panel on the side. That’s it, you’re in!
