StageSense is a real-time event control system built to solve a problem every college fest and hackathon anchor knows too well — the schedule never survives contact with reality. Speakers run late, participants go missing, and the anchor is left scrambling for words on stage while the coordinator scrambles backstage to relay changes. StageSense fixes this with three live-synced dashboards — Anchor, Coordinator, and Student — connected over WebSockets so a single action ripples instantly across the whole system. When a coordinator marks a participant absent, that name disappears from the anchor's live queue in real time, and Claude (Anthropic's AI) automatically regenerates the anchor's script on the spot — smoothly acknowledging the change instead of leaving the anchor with an outdated or awkward script. The anchor can also live-edit any script directly on a teleprompter-style display before speaking it. Students get their own dashboard with two modes: a "Watching" view showing a live countdown and event photo gallery, and a "Participating" view showing their queue position in real time and their score once it's entered. Our project is a Smart Campus Map designed to make navigation inside a college or university campus easier and faster. It provides information about important campus locations such as departments, classrooms, laboratories, offices, canteens, libraries, and other facilities. The website is designed with a simple and mobile-friendly interface so that students and visitors can easily select a location and view its position on the map. The project aims to reduce confusion for new students and visitors and provide a convenient digital solution for campus navigation. The current version is a demo prototype that can be further improved with features such as turn-by-turn navigation, search, live location, route optimization, and detailed information about each campus facility.
