For this project, I decided to adapt Lesson 5 from Book 2 of the Emerge Curriculum to data centered in Gainesville. I also used the Gemini API to give the user a summary of the weather quality, specifically how the landscape impacts the heat and rain. Through this notebook, a user can follow along and create a Random Forest Model that models the landscape in Florida based on GLOBE data and the V1 Annual AlphaEarth Satellite Embeddings. One issue I ran into was a lack of GLOBE data in Gainesville, for the sake of this project I generated 100 random points. This makes the accuracy of the model pretty low (since the points do not correlate with real world points) but is meant to show how, with the right data, this tool can be used.

To build on this project, anyone can add their own Gemini API key and change the coordinates for the area to look into if they would like to focus on their own local communities.
