Community Chill is a monitoring system for the Gainesville Community Fridge. It tracks temperature and door status using an ESP32, stores readings locally on a Raspberry Pi, and takes periodic photos so volunteers can check the fridge remotely. A dashboard displays current conditions, recent readings, and images, while Discord alerts flag problems such as high temperatures, a door left open, or missing sensor data. The system is designed to stay useful even when the internet connection is unreliable.
