Hacktoberfest Hack Day x Delhi University

This month , we want to bring the insane hacktoberfest vibe right here in DU FOT ! This is my first ever hosted event , hence co-operation will be appreciated

OCT 30New Delhi, DelhiIn Person
Organized byHHack Club

About

EXCLUSIVELY ONLY FOR DU FOT STUDENTS

No coding experience needed. Just bring your creativity.
Hacktoberfest is coming to DU FOT! Join us for a guided mini-hackathon where you’ll build and train your own AI model using Google’s Teachable Machine. It runs entirely in your browser, so there’s no code to write. We’ll walk you through it step by step, so you can learn as you go (or win).
What happens?
-We’ll show you how to train a model on Teachable Machine
-You’ll build your own idea, with help from volunteers whenever you need it
-You’ll present your project at the end
How you’ll be judged?
-Winners are chosen for creativity and uniqueness, not for who writes the best prompt. An original and unique model can beat a high effort copy
What to bring?

  • Your laptop. You’ll need it to train and test your model. Entry will not be permitted without your laptop.

(A note from the host)
This is my first-ever hosted event and I plan to make a tech club after this , so your support and cooperation mean a lot. Come curious, bring a friend, and help us make it a great one.

Happy hacking! 🎃

It’s time to see how much you can build with a lightweight, open model. Gemma 4 packs multimodal intelligence into an open-weights model that you can access through the Gemini API. So, what can Gemma 4 bring to your project?

    • Multimodal Experience: Work with text and images to create an assistant that understands more of what users share.
    • Focused AI Tools: Build a focused AI tool for learning, creativity, productivity, or your community.
    • Rapid Prototyping: Experiment with an open model while using the Gemini API to move quickly from an idea to a working prototype.
