    Best Open-Source Web3 Project

Build an original project that uses Web3 technologies as an important part of how it works. Teams could create a decentralized application, build with smart contracts, or develop tools for blockchain infrastructure, identity, payments, governance, or decentralized data. These are examples within one challenge, and teams may combine them.

Web3 technology must be an important part of the project not just a label or an optional add on.

The project must be published in a public GitHub repository and use an open-source license.

If the project uses a blockchain or testnet, include clear setup instructions and explain how to interact with it.

Smart contracts must be original or include meaningful changes to an existing open-source implementation.
