All In Hackathon December

All In Hackathon December background
MLH is teaming up with [All In Open Source](https://allinopensource.org/) to run a hackathon for all student hackers - regardless of where you are in the world. All In is a community dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within open source. At this 24-hour hackathon sponsored by Fidelity, we're challenging you to build hacks to serve your community, innovate creative technological solutions, and more! Whether this is your first hackathon or your hundredth, we want you to join us for this beginner-friendly event! Check out the organizations that have partnered together for this hackathon: [Fidelity](https://jobs.fidelity.com/technology/) Fidelity is about financial services but it’s so much bigger than that. We help people plan for their livelihood – their life dreams. Every day people trust us with the important issues they face – sending their kids to college, getting through an illness, providing for retirement, and inevitably providing for death – and this is a responsibility all our employees take very seriously. Our employees who develop software or analyse data are not just creating code or touching information – they’re touching people’s lives. It’s a privileged position helping our customers every day. [All In for Students](https://allinopensource.org/access/students/) All In for Students is an online program for tech students from underrepresented backgrounds that provides open source education, training, and internship opportunities. [All In Africa](https://allinopensource.org/access/africa/) All In Africa is an online educational program that provides Africans with free open source education, training, mentorship, community involvement, and career opportunities. We look forward to hacking with you!
